Care & Compassion : Our Promise to You

Why consult with surgeons at Orthoneurospine? We care and empathize with your spinal condition.

We can understand the many questions you may have and the varied approach taken by various doctors.

Many of the patients we see have been recommended by others. We will treat you just how we treat our loved ones.

“I like my staff to be helpful and lend an ear to all patients,” says Dr Eugene Wong. “Even if it's really going out of our way, we try to accommodate you.” We would assist you in all aspects of your condition and promote recovery.

I became a doctor to be able to help and assist people. Patients have the right to be heard, the right to choose, and the right to participate with regards to decisions about their health and wellbeing. A surgeon’s role includes that of educating patients, so that they can be informed about their condition and are able to play an active role in their own treatment and recovery. I believe that a surgeon's role is to treat every patient with the same care and attention to detail that one would take with her own family members or friends. I believe that a smile goes a long way. Not everything is perfect or can be made perfect, but that we should always strive to find ways to improve.

At OrthoNeuroSpine , all aspects of care centers around the patient and their needs. Our team of medical experts believes successful treatment of spinal problems depends on:

Integrated Team Approach to Patient Care

Spinal problems are among medicine's most complex treatment challenges. Our integrated team approach works together with each patient to provide exceptional patient-centered medical care.

Our team includes a broad range of specialties including nonsurgical and surgical experts in orthopaedic spine surgery, neurosurgery, neurology , pain medicine and pharmacology, physical therapy and rehabilitation, massage therapy, and acupuncture.

Patient Respect

Everyone is committed to treating each patient in a respectable, considerate, and dignified way. Throughout consultation, examination, case discussion, and treatment - all matters are handled in a confidential and discreet manner. Patients can expect all communication and records pertaining to care will be treated as confidential to the extent permitted by law.

Patient Education

Well-informed patients make better decisions about their health care. We take the time necessary to educate each patient individually about their spinal disorder and treatment options. Our educational resources include 3D anatomical models, videos, and computer presentations.

A new patient is given a clear understanding of their condition and enduring educational materials to take home and refer back to.

Advanced Patient Treatment

We view surgery as the last treatment option after appropriate nonoperative therapies are provided. Many patients are successfully treated with nonoperative therapies, such as medication and physical therapy and never require surgery!
